Upload your complete event folder into originals/ using your S3 desktop application or the AWS console.
originals/event-name/player-001/photo1.jpgFinish all folder uploads before reviewing and publishing. The private originals stay in S3; AWS makes the watermarked previews.

Prepare a batch
Restore codes for existing galleries
Choose your original CSV above, then restore codes for admin display. Codes must match the existing galleries. This creates no galleries and changes no access codes.
Import batches
03 / CHECK & PUBLISH
Scanning pauses safely when you close the page. Reopen the batch and continue. Recheck after finishing uploads or resolving AWS processing failures. Publishing requires every gallery to contain photos and every found photo to be ready. Finish the entire upload before scanning; the portal cannot detect photos that have not been uploaded.
